HTB Bungee Cords On-line ordering is set up so shipping & handling charges are not calculated when a order is place . So if you placed a order or are going to? The shopping cart will ask for a shipping option and whatever is pick? The money column will say zero ($0.00) and next to it in text it will say that the freight will be calculated by lbs & zone then added!
So you if get $.75 or $2.00 it is still a one pound charge from ups. It is also possible to get $15.00 or $20.00 and still to be under a one pound charge. With this business there are to many different combination of materials that could be ordered?
You would never know the right freight charges until the order was boxed and weighted. It is not because I do not want you to know what I am going to charge you? Far from it. If a order is placed the receipt you get in your email has a toll free phone number and a email address to contact me if anyone has a questions about whatever? Freight or product or lead time, whatever?
In most cases the standard Ups Ground charge with handling fee is around $13.00 to $15.00. I have seen it go higher ($17.00) and lower ($11.00) depending on where you are and if it is a business or resident. This is for general packages from one to three pounds. In general the farther you are from the from the main Ups center the more the one pound charge is?!
If you placed a small order under $10.00 and do not want your order because of the freight charge? Email me or call that you would like to cancel this order. I have no problem with that.
The blue label or second day air option was pick? The cost for this option will run around $20.00 to $35.00 for one to three pounds.
The next day air option will run around $45.00 to sometimes into the $60.00 and even the $80.00.

Another shipping option is the US Mail Service, priority mail and parcel post. Ups dose not delivery to PO Boxes so the mail service has to be used. A delivery conformation is used on either service and this means that the post office has a record of the package being delivered to the posted address. This dose not mean that the package can be tracked at all! For this reason orders using the mail services are limited Refunds or Replacements!
This service works right most of the time! Out of 2 1/2 years only two package were lost. There have been many delays but the packages made it.
The cost of priority mail for the first pound is $8.50 and parcel post is the same until it breaks a pound? Once the order breaks a pound in weight the costs goes up there? The price for a package that weights between 1 to 2 pounds is $10.00 and so on. This is shipping and handling prices together.
HTB Bungee Cords dose not require a minimum order. A person and get $.50 worth of product if this all they want? I under stand why companies require a minimum of $10.00 or $20.00 because it is not worth the time process a order at this only $2.00 or $4.00 or whatever?
As long as I am running HTB I respect a person needs to only get what he or she needs? No matter the size of the order?
Return and refund policy. There are no refunds on any hook bungee cords or hardware or bungee cord by the foot. If a refund is place there is a 25% restocking fee. So you if are not sure what you need? And if you have any question? You need to contact me 24 hours after placing order to stop or cancel it or change it? All my contact information is on this page and in the email receipt if a on-line order was place? I do give limited refunds on my style of adjustable bungee cords? It will depend on that customer dislikes about the product and from there I will decide if a full refund or the 25% restocking fee will be applied?
